Order Securely Online Using PayPal
To order from our secure online ordering system, simply add a product to your
shopping cart by selecting the Add to Cart button on the appropriate
product page. The PayPal shopping cart page will appear in a new window. Enter the number of items
you wish to order in the Qty box, then hit the Update Cart
button. Choose Continue Shopping to return to our online store.
To complete your order, select the Checkout link from your shopping cart.
You can also complete your order by choosing the View Cart button at the top of any
website page. Follow the easy on-screen instructions and be sure to completely fill in
all the shipping and contact information requested.

Please note: Orders are shipped the next business day (M-F) after they are received. Orders placed
on Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Saturday delivery may be available to your ZIP code
for an additional $12.50 charge. You must call our Customer Service center at 1-800-521-2247 to
schedule Saturday delivery. If your order absolutely, positively needs to arrive on a certain day,
please call Customer Service.
*Express 2-Day delivery to Alaska and Hawaii may take 3 days. Express delivery fees to
U.S. Territories are higher than those listed above. Please call our Customer Service center at
1-800-521-2247 for shipping fees. FedEx 2-Day delivery requires a signature; if you will not be
home to sign for your package please call Customer Service at 1-800-521-2247 to waive the signature requirement.
**Express Next Day delivery is available only in the continental U.S. Federal Express
will NOT leave a Next Day delivery without a signature. If you will not be home to sign for your
package please call Customer Service at 1-800-521-2247 to waive the signature requirement.

The Stahlsac Guarantee
We guarantee everything we make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it,
or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to Stahlsac
for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
Repairs
By law, garments sent in for repair must be clean; please wash the garment before mailing it. Please send the item to:

Include a note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and
what you would like to have happen. The product will be evaluated and if there is to be a charge, you will be
contacted. If the item is deemed irreparable, we may, at our discretion, replace it or send a Gift Card for the
last known retail value of the piece. If you would like the piece returned to you even if it cannot be repaired, please indicate this in your note.
Be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Typical turnaround time, with
shipping, is about six weeks. However, you can cut that down to about three weeks by using expedited shipping (two-day
service or similar); we will ship the package back to you in the same manner.
Returns and Exchanges
We enclose a return form in every mail order package. If you are mailing an item to us, please take a minute to
fill out this form to tell us if you want an exchange, repair, credit or refund. If you do not have the return form, include a
note with your name, return address, daytime phone number, what you are sending in and why, and what you would like
to have happen. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon

Tax on Orders Placed Online
Stahlsac Mail Order collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax, plus the
District of Columbia. If the destination state imposes a sales tax we will collect that tax and
remit it to the state.
International Orders
Ordering Online from Outside the US
Unfortunately, our site is not set up to handle orders with international addresses. However, you can give us your
order by phone (1-828-645-3005 or fax (1-828-645-3006) and we will be happy to ship it wherever you like. The
shipping cost varies with the destination, weight of the package and shipping method: Federal Express (one week, expensive) or
Postal Service (one month, less expensive). We accept Visa or MasterCard for payment of phone and fax orders. If you are going
to order by fax, just select your items online, print out the "Shopping Bag" page and be sure to include your shipping address, b
illing address, credit card number and expiration date, and any second choices. Prices for products shipped internationally are
different from those shown on our website. Please contact us by phone or fax for pricing information before placing your order.
